The cumulative sunshine hours were rather low during July and August due to cloudy weather. The temperature however was warm, and rainfall was below average, except for August, allowing the grapes to grow satisfactorily. We harvested the grapes for this wine between the end of September and the middle of October, which was relatively later than average. Because each section matured differently according to the altitude, this year we picked the grapes according to their degree of maturity.

yTasting Commentsz
The bouquet is very mild, with fresh aromas of lime, white peach and melon candy. This wine starts with an abundant mouthfeel that is followed by mellow fruitiness, which gradually wraps the acidity, then enlivens the palate. The 2003 vintage gives a quieter impression than those of previous years. Foods with a delicate texture complement this wine, such as chicken seasoned only with salt, which will be more delicious if dressed with lime juice; and marinated fillets of white fish.
